Our cosy apartment is a non-smoking accommodation – smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. The apartment is ideal for couples, small families or solo travellers who value comfort, peace and a view of nature. Numerous inclusive services are included in the overnight price: You have a free underground parking space for the entire duration of your stay. Heating, electricity, water as well as an initial supply of bed linen and towels are also included – perfect for a worry-free arrival without extra luggage. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure so that we can prepare everything for the next guests. Please note: Prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax.
